The Movement Studio Pittsburgh Kickboxing class is a high-energy workout that combines a variety of punches (jabs, cross, hook, uppercut) and kicks (front, round, side, hook) using a free-standing bag. The fast-moving kickboxing workout targets the arms, shoulders, abs, thighs, and buttocks, burning an average of 500 calories in an hour class.
