Are you looking to increase strength, confidence, coordination, or just looking to kick-start a cardio workout program, kickboxing will keep you coming back for more. This weekly class will teach you the basic kicks, punches and stance. You will learn how to get the most out of your punches and kicks so you can build confidence in your strikes. Great for beginners, with little to no kickboxing experience or if you're looking to refine your skills and form. Join us weekly every Wednesday at 8:15pm-9:15pm for this 4 Week Program, starting July 11 to August 1

KICKBOXING 

The Movement Studio Pittsburgh Kickboxing class is a high-energy workout that combines a variety of punches (jabs, cross,  hook,  uppercut) and kicks (front, round, side, hook) using a free-standing bag. The fast-moving kickboxing workout targets the arms, shoulders, abs, thighs, and buttocks, burning an average of 500 calories in an hour class. In addition, the cardio-conditioning elements of fitness kickboxing are one the most effective way to burn fat. Bonus: if you're looking for a movement that helps alleviate stress, kickboxing is for you!
