Our Cardio Circuit blends elements from the other MSP classes offered into a single fast-paced workout. 


IRON CARDIO CIRCUIT

This cardio circuit does it all by combining workouts from some of our most popular classes...

  1. Kettlebell: Three different kettlebell movements build strength, flexibility, and offer a high level of cardio and fat burning. 

  2. Jumping Rope: There's no better way to burn calories, build muscles, and increase cardiovascular fitness!  You can substitute any other cardio activity in this segment such as jumping jacks or mountain climbers.

  3. TRX:  Gain all the benefits of TRX Suspension training including strength, balance, flexibility, and core strength with multiple TRX exercises. 



MONICA'S WOMEN ON WEIGHTS


WOW - Women on Weights is small group program is focused on instructional methods for using free weights, designed by a woman to empower women to lift weights and transform their bodies. Weights with a mix of cardio will challenge in new ways!  We hit all the areas that us women most commonly complain about!  This is a super fun class set to some really fun upbeat awesome music!  You'll have a blast with Monica as she workout with you, coaches you to give it your best to be the best and to feel great!  This class is small max of 6 ladies per class for personalized attention!  Join us!
